I truly enjoyed my stay here, as I could easily stroll to the nearby champs de mars for stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, and the musée d'orsay was just a beautiful 20-minute walk away, making my exploration of Paris so delightful and stress-free after a long day of sightseeing.

The service is exceptionally warm, with every staff member ensuring guests feel special. My room was elegant and spotlessly clean, featuring the best bed I've ever slept in.

Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing was outdated and not functioning well, and our requests for special arrangements went forgotten, which was disappointing.

Our Superior King Room was not only elegant but also extremely comfortable, making it a joy to return to after our outings. The garden view was a delightful touch, providing a peaceful ambiance amidst the city's bustle.

The breakfast options, although exquisite, could benefit from a broader variety over multiple days.

We enjoyed a fantastic family outing to the iconic house of Perrier-Jouët in the Champagne region. The kids were fascinated by the beautiful gardens full of art nouveau pieces, and the concierge made the whole experience seamless and fun for everyone!

My children wished for more kid-friendly food options in the dining area.
