perfect base for wandering and enjoying park views
I enjoyed my stay here, as I could easily stroll to the nearby champs de mars for fine views of the Eiffel Tower, and the musée d'orsay was just a beautiful 20-minute walk away, making my exploration of Paris so good and stress-free after a long day of sightseeing.

Here's the good and the not-so-good
The service is warm, with every staff member. My room was elegant and spotlessly clean, with the best bed I've ever slept in.
Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing was outdated and not functioning well, and our requests for special arrangements went forgotten, disappointing.

The hotel is ideal and absolutely gorgeous with helpful employees who was very personable and offered us great service. We was offered a room with spectacular views of garden. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were nice. Perfect location of the property in the piano bar or one of the delectable restaurants. We was surprised at nearby La Galerie, they had some goodies, drinks.

Truly exceptional hotel, very good service, and reasonable value. Brand-new, tastefully decorated units provided with comfortable seating, luxurious bedding, as example. Unique design. Best possible and prime location, relatively close to a triumphal arch. Great way to end our trip...
Particularly busy staff!

The hotel is well located. It is a few steps from the Seine or Champs Elysees. Everything is neat, lavishly decorated and very attentive staff. However, everything is really expensive. We had only tried the breakfast buffet on one day. For 55€ p.P. there were not even warm egg dishes. The buffet was very clear, the selection offered was of high quality. Still, it wasn't worth the price to me at all. Also a glass of champagne in the lobby is too expensive with 35€. If you are asked for daily newspapers, the service costs 2,50€ per day. I wasn't informed about that. Besides, there were items on the bill I didn't know I have to pay for. The bill was revised after my complaint, but something like that shouldn't happen. Unfortunately the spa area was renovated during our visit and I can't write anything about it. Altogether it was a nice stay and if you are willing to pay more than 1000€ for a night without breakfast, it is a good choice.
On the bill there were items those were included in an invitation. The cleaning ladies work very uneven. Sometimes everything was perfect and sometimes care products were missing. Tea and coffee capsules were only refilled on demand.
